Service Satisfaction:
Services received cannot be refunded, and any extra service performed at the salon should be fully paid. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your color service, we ask you to please contact us within 5 days of your service visit. We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. We will gladly preform a Toner service, at no additional charge to you.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
For rescheduling your appointment kindly send us a WhatsApp message on +96592227227 or email us at shop@theviewcompany.com. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to refund the full amount.
In the event of cancellation at short notice (less than 24 hours) the deposit will not be refunded, however, it will remain a credit for a period of 60 days and can be used on any of our services.

Clients that may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, skin problems, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant, had a cancer or have any other health worries, are advised to report to the stylists any health issues you may have.
For clients with serious illnesses, before we can proceed with any service, we ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you want to have in the salon

Purchases

Shipping
All Products can be shipped without restrictions on the Product. The Product is delivered within 48 hours of the completion of an order. To return your product, send us an email at shop@theviewcompany.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Cancellation Policy
All orders that are cancelled within 14 days will be fully refunded. All orders that are cancelled after 14 days of completion of purchase are not eligible for any refund and are final.
